The Role
You will handle a broad mix of corporate and commercial matters, including business sales and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, company restructures, and complex commercial contracts. The work is varied, intellectually engaging, and client‑facing, offering genuine exposure to high‑value transactions and long‑term advisory relationships.
