Corporate Development – Financial Due Diligence Senior Analyst plays a key role in Accenture’s inorganic growth strategies. Works closely with North America (NA), EMEA & LATAM FDD teams, performing high quality diligence and analysis for acquisitions, joint ventures, and equity investments.
Responsibilities
- Analyze the quality of target company earnings, operating metrics, debt and debt-like items, and net working capital to assess transaction outcomes.
- Review, analyze, and prepare key financial documents from virtual data rooms (data book, data pack).
- Perform operating and financial analysis, attend target meetings, and participate in negotiation calls with NA and EMEA teams.
- Prepare initial net working capital estimates and provide advice on key deal issues impacting the business case and integration.
