Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy the corporate asset management strategy across all Groupe Nordik sites.
  • Lead corporate procurement strategy: RFPs, master contract negotiations, cost optimization.
  • Manage strategic supplier relationships: qualification, performance evaluation, long-term partnerships.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance of facilities.
  • Oversee capital and renovation projects in collaboration with operations teams.
  • Implement and optimize asset management systems (EAM/CMMS) and e‑procurement platforms.
  • Define asset and procurement KPIs; produce strategic reports for leadership.
  • Coach and mobilize technical and procurement teams.

To Succeed in This Role, You

  • Hold a university degree in operations management, business administration, engineering, or logistics.
