Position Requirements
- A minimum of 2-4 years of general corporate and securities law experience gained from a leading law firm in Canada, the United States or the United Kingdom;
- Experience in corporate governance or a strong interest in focusing on corporate governance, public company disclosure and shareholder activism;
- A self-starter attitude who embraces challenges and thrives in a fast-paced setting;
- Exceptional client service skills and business acumen;
- Excellent communication and drafting skills, and attention to detail;
- Strong academic credentials.
