Requirements
Education & experience
Degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Psychology, or related disciplines), with proven experience supporting merger processes in a bridging and facilitation capacity.

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to navigate complexity and demanding environments while providing stability and support to teams and direct reports.
