Key Responsibilities
Provide corporate secretarial support to a portfolio of companies, including SPVs
Manage company incorporations, liquidations, and restructurings
Prepare board minutes, resolutions, and statutory documentation
Ensure compliance with Luxembourg legal and regulatory requirements
Administer domiciliation services (registered office, governance follow-up, filings)
Maintain and update corporate records, registers, and databases
Liaise with clients, notaries, banks, and external stakeholders
Support structures related to real estate and private equity transactions
Profile
Proven experience in corporate secretarial / domiciliation services in Luxembourg
Good knowledge of Luxembourg corporate law, SPVs, and regulatory environment
