Well-known international law firm is looking for a partner for the Italian practice. Their expertise extends to advising on public and private M&A, private equity and Joint Ventures.

Due to further growth, they are looking for a Partner who specialized in corporate/M&A and private equity. Excellent track record in the sector is required, good business development experience and an attractive clients’ portfolio. The ideal candidate will be a team player, with a good character and the ability to fit in into a structured law firm. There is a real chance to lead the department for the right person.
