Position ResponsibilitiesLatam COS Agent is responsible for providing timely follow-up to customer orders placed on Shop Carestream portal for consumables products such as Dental, NDT, Analog/Digital. For Medical Equipment, places orders in the SAP/C4C programs. The objective is to generate purchased/billing for a direct customer from Mexico's market and ensure that all orders entered are delivered to the customer site complete.
