Job Description
This position is responsible for the full lifecycle cost management and control of EPC projects in Brazil, with a primary focus on the mining sector, as well as new energy sectors such as photovoltaic, wind power, and waste‑to‑energy. The role requires the candidate to independently handle project costing, ensure compliance with Brazilian tax regulations, and support project implementation through accurate budgeting and financial analysis.
Responsibilities
- Independently undertake project cost estimation, budgeting, and final account settlement for engineering projects, with a priority focus on mining projects, followed by photovoltaic, wind, and waste‑to‑energy projects.
- Conduct market research on local Brazilian basic prices (materials, labor, equipment) to establish and update enterprise cost databases.
- Manage project cost control throughout the project lifecycle, including variation orders, cost forecasting, and change management.
