Job Description
As Country Director for Mexico, you will lead and define market operations and activities, aligned with the group's vision as well as the LATAM cluster leadership team.
You will have full responsibility for the Mexico market on physical sales including O&O, SIS, Franchise, wholesale, multi-brand partners and will provide guidance on key strategic domains such as eCommerce, Merchandising, Marketing, Property Management, Finance, and HR.
You will lead an organization of 900+ Pandorians and will report to the Cluster General Manager.
**What You Will Do**
- Be the face of PANDORA in Mexico and lead the 360o operations in the country to achieve our blueprint and goals, maintaining a great level of excellence in the execution.
- Full retail +wholesale + offices in Mexico.
The role is located in Mexico City, with continues visits to Panama and requires fluent Spanish+ English language skills.
