Rapiboy is hiring! Country Manager — Brazil We're a technology startup dedicated to transforming logistics across Latin America. Our mission is to be the leading delivery-solutions platform for Grocery Stores, Restaurants and E-Commerce in the region. We're looking for a Country Manager to lead our Brazil operation. You'll be the top owner of the business in the country: owner of the P&L, the growth strategy and the team. You'll report directly to the leadership team and operate with real autonomy to make decisions and move the needle. We're looking for someone with: - 7+ years of experience, with a track record leading a business, unit or country (ideally in delivery, last-mile logistics, food-tech, marketplaces or consumer goods). - Proven experience managing a full P&L. - Experience building and scaling teams and operations from early stages. - Analytical and strategic profile, with a strong bias to action. - Knowledge of the Brazilian market and its operational, regulatory and cu...
