  • Drive the overall commercial strategy and performance of the business in Poland
  • Lead and optimise the go-to-market model, including distributor-supported and logistics-enabled setup, while assessing opportunities to increase direct market control over time
  • Develop and strengthen strategic partnerships with key retail customers, across modern trade and e-commerce
  • Build brand visibility and category positioning in a competitive consumer environment
  • Own pricing strategy, margins and commercial levers, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth
  • Identify and unlock new growth opportunities, including channel expansion and route-to-market improvements
  • Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders, aligning local execution with international priorities
  • Define the local product range and contribute to market-specific commercial and marketing plans
