Summary:This leadership role is responsible for aligning Company & Bottler under a common destination, growth plan and end-end local execution plan.
What You’ll Do for Us:
Lead the Ukrainian& MoldovanFranchise Operations with full end-to-end responsibility including setting the short/long term destination, growth ambition, portfolio management, RGM & commercial execution, internal & external stakeholder management.
Deliver Ukraine& MoldovaBusiness Plan commitments – lead annual business planning together with thelocal bottling partner (Coc-Cola Hellenic), manage ongoing business, decide on corrective actionsor acceleration plansto ensure results are delivered
