Responsibilities
- Track, monitor, and control contracts and bonus expenses to ensure alignment with approved budgets.
- Manage customer bonuses, rebates, and incentives, ensuring correct calculation, accruals, and payment processes.
- Support monthly and quarterly financial closing activities related to trade investments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.
- Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Commercial teams to reconcile discrepancies and improve processes.
Endomarketing / Internal Communication
- Design and execute internal communication strategies for CPA initiatives.
