Job Description
Spotify's Creative Business Strategies (CBS) team develops innovative experiences that deepen fan engagement and create meaningful connections between audiences, creators, and culture. As part of CBS LATAM, this engagement will support a major live experience project led by the team in Brazil, working across talent, content, and cross-functional coordination. Manage day-to-day relationships with talent participating in the project across music, podcast, and creator categories.
Own the end-to-end talent approval process, including routing materials, tracking approvals, securing sign-offs, and following up on outstanding actions across campaign phases.
Serve as the primary CBS point of contact for alignment with Music, Marketing, Communications, and Podcast stakeholders.
