Job Description
This is a fully on-site position in Guadalajara, Jalisco.
Responsibilities- Receive inbound calls from dealerships.
- Compare customer information to their credit report. Adjust applications.
- Determine customer creditworthiness by studying customer credit application.
- Identify and escape credit decisions that require management review.
- Support the verifications department.
- Process customer denial notifications within guidelines.
- 2+ years of customer service or related experience.
- Experience reviewing applications.
5 work days and 2 free per week. Shift TBD.
