What this role is all about
The Credit Solutions Manager provides expert credit structuring and underwriting support to the Commercial Banking team, ensuring strong portfolio performance and compliance with Beem's credit standards. The role focuses on analyzing complex credit requests, structuring solutions that meet member needs, organizational profitability and risk appetite, and mentoring associate underwriters. The position is hybrid and covers the Kamloops to Prince George region.
What you’ll do
Credit Structuring & Underwriting
- Analyze financial statements, appraisals, and environmental reports to assess creditworthiness and risk.
- Structure and prepare commercial loan applications and memorandums in compliance with Beem's credit policies.
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers to jointly submit applications and ensure timely funding of approved loans.
