Expert OFR – OAM
Location: GSC Bogotá
The Expert OFR – OAM is responsible for managing Ocean Freight (OFR) operations throughout the full end‑to‑end process. This role requires flexibility to handle the complete operational flow or specific parts of it, depending on the business needs. Previous end‑to‑end experience is considered a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full OFR end‑to‑end process, from origin to final delivery to the customer.
- Monitor shipment operations, handle documentation, and ensure accurate status updates.
- Perform costing and billing, ensuring accuracy in charges and validations.
- Manage operational claims and provide support for clarifications with origin or vendors.
- Ensure compliance with KPIs, timelines, milestones, and customer/business requirements.
