PRIMARY SCOPE OF ROLE
- Responsible for shift operations at crushing sites.
- Supervise the work of personnel engaged in performing routine operations at the crushers.
- Must have knowledge of aggregate material types and production methods.
- Equipment start‑up and shutdown.
- Be aware of environmentally sensitive areas and be alert to correct environmental problems that may develop in the assigned work area.
- Complete proper workplace examinations to minimize safety hazards and identify mechanical issues.
- Perform equipment repairs as needed and source outside support when necessary.
- Be responsible for the safe operation of the crusher areas during the shift, with regular safety training of personnel and safety meetings to target a zero level of incident.
