Csr For Us Based Answering Service - (Permanent Wfh)

Job Duties:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries
- Record customer information within our customer service database
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Spanish both verbal and written.
- Two or more years of BPO experience in a voice role
- Customer support experience preferred but not required
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

1. Complete office setup with a quiet workspace.
Owns a laptop, or PC with sufficient specs.
