Responsibilities

  • Preparation and organization of all materials to be used during the shift (mise-en-place) to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
  • Sanitation and storage of materials for the salon (cups, cutlery, table set‑ups, napkin folds, towels, etc.).
  • Cleaning and restocking of pantry items (oil, salt, pepper, sugar, sweet-topping dispensers).
  • Organization of the salon décor items.
  • Maintenance of all restaurant tableware (cutlery, ice buckets, kettles, sugar dispensers and other tableware).
  • Responsible for placing, maintaining and removing table décor items.
  • Responsible for stocking all salon products requested from the warehouse.
  • Assist wait staff with any needs: removing plates, cleaning tables, serving drinks, resetting tables...
