Position Title: On-Site Supervisor (Cleaning & Maintenance Services) Job Type: Full-Time Location: 6 Mykoly Pymonenka St., Kyiv, Ukraine Requirements: The Candidate shall have at minimum: Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in janitorial, facilities, or hospitality operations.
Ability to communicate in English .
Strong leadership, scheduling, and team-coordination skills.
Knowledge of safety practices.
Ability to maintain discipline and ensure quality standards.
Experience managing keys/access control is preferred.
Duties: The candidate must: Serve as the primary point of contact with America House staff.
Supervise all cleaning and maintenance personnel on-site.
Prepare daily and weekly work schedules and ensure all tasks are completed.
Conduct regular quality-control inspections and correct deficiencies.
