Job Duties
The Virginia Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ) protects the public by preparing court-involved youth to be successful citizens. DJJ is committed to excellence in public safety by providing effective interventions that improve the lives of youth, strengthening both families and communities within the Commonwealth.

DJJ is currently seeking a Custodial/Janitorial Attendant. This role will provide a clean, safe, and attractive indoor business environment by means of performing general janitorial and custodial duties daily to the interior and immediate exterior of the Virginia Public Safety Training Center (VPSTC) Buildings. 

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Serve as daily custodial attendant to clean up all spills, toilet overflow conditions and litter including set-up/breakdown, arranging of furniture, tables, chairs and equipment daily to VPSTC meeting/convention spaces, classrooms and all areas preparing the fac...
