:What You Will Do
As a Customer Account Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our customers and driving Finning’s presence in the North:
Grow revenue and profitability within your territory
Build strong, long-term relationships with customers, Caterpillar, and internal teams
Analyze customer economic models and develop strategic deal plans
Maintain accurate information in Finning’s Sales Support systems
Provide full solutions across equipment, parts, and service
Forecast new equipment sales and consistently meet target objectives
What You Bring
You are a relationship builder, problem solver, and trusted advisor who brings:
2-5+ years of experience in the Heavy Equipment Industry (asset)
2-5+ years in Sales Management or Account Management
Understanding of Service Operations
