1. Job Purpose The Customer Admin Executive is responsible for document control, customer master data accuracy, and service contract management in Dynamics 365 (CE & FO). The role ensures data consistency to support sales, billing, reporting, and stock allocation. Contract type: Temporary 6-month 2. Key Responsibilities - Document & Contract Control Check completeness and accuracy of contract Ensure consistency between contracts and system approvals. Index and store all service contracts properly. - Customer Master Data Management Maintain customer records in Dynamics 365 CE & FO. Ensure accuracy of customer name, address, tax info, industry, and sales ownership. Follow company procedures for customer setup and changes. - System & Process Support Support Sales and related teams on customer setup, contract, and pricing input Perform data correction and basic system guidance.
