This will be a temporary contract of 1 year.
Your role and responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for customer questions, requests, and complaints across different channels.
Handle customer data and documentation accurately in our systems.
Build strong, long-term customer relationships by thinking along with their needs and identifying growth opportunities.
Share valuable customer insights with internal teams to support account planning and continuous improvement.
Represent TVH at fairs and events, strengthening customer connections.
