Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Customer Relationship Management: Conduct client visits, follow up on project orders and ensure service according to SOP. Support the sales representative, maintaining clear and professional communication.
- Operational Management and Processes: Monitor air freight operations and safety stock and its contracts. Handle exceptions and propose quick solutions to avoid impacts on the client. Support and report on changes to plans, postponements and justifications.
- Commercial Activities and Reports. Obtain quotes for repeated items in the Ariba and Coupa systems (without price formation).
