Customer Care Representative
Full‑time position based in either Montreal (Lachine) or Quebec City, reporting to the Customer Care Manager.
Responsibilities
- Process accurate and efficient orders and resolve customer order issues.
- Follow up and expedite outstanding customer orders and requests with appropriate personnel.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer transactions and provide efficient follow‑ups.
- Maintain high standards of telephone etiquette.
- Attend product knowledge seminars and stay current on all company policies, business processes and SAP integration.
Qualifications
- Ideally one to two years of related work experience.
- Strong customer service skills; product knowledge and SAP familiarity are a definite asset.
- Client‑oriented, problem‑solving, attentive listening, teamwork, and detail‑oriented.
