Job Description

Customer Care Representative

Full‑time position based in either Montreal (Lachine) or Quebec City, reporting to the Customer Care Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Process accurate and efficient orders and resolve customer order issues.
  • Follow up and expedite outstanding customer orders and requests with appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer transactions and provide efficient follow‑ups.
  • Maintain high standards of telephone etiquette.
  • Attend product knowledge seminars and stay current on all company policies, business processes and SAP integration.

Qualifications

  • Ideally one to two years of related work experience.
  • Strong customer service skills; product knowledge and SAP familiarity are a definite asset.
  • Client‑oriented, problem‑solving, attentive listening, teamwork, and detail‑oriented.
