Job Description

A fast-paced distributor has an immediate opportunity for a Customer Service Manager. The company is a global leader in their sector, distributing products through major retailers as well as direct-to-consumer through e-commerce. In this exciting role, you will be managing two teams of customer service representatives, one focused on B2B and the other on B2C. We are looking for an experienced manager who can act as coach and mentor to the team leaders, helping to establish priorities and customer service standards. We require a highly collaborative leader who is accustomed to working closely with warehouse operations, sales and finance, familiar with S&OP; methodologies.
