We are currently looking for a Customer Experience Representative to manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their satisfaction, retention, and growth . This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with internal teams to solve problems, identify areas for improvement, and optimize the overall customer experience.
Your main goal will be to become a trusted advisor , guiding customers in the strategic use of our technology products and services.
Minimum Requirements:
- Advanced English proficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general tech tools
- Teamwork and customer-oriented mindset
Preferred:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in bilingual customer service
