Job Description

  • Identify and secure partnerships with brands, agencies, and e-commerce sellers to grow our TikTok Shop service offerings.
  • Develop and execute a Brazil/Mexico -focused business development strategy in alignment with our global operations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, ad ops, analytics) to tailor solutions for client needs.
  • Build relationships with TikTok’s Brazil/Mexico teams to stay ahead of platform updates and opportunities.
  • Lead negotiations, contract structuring, and long-term account growth.

Qualifications

  • 3-8 years of business development experience in:
  • E-commerce platforms (TikTok Shop, Amazon, Shopify)
  • Digital marketing/advertising (4A’s agencies, performance marketing firms)
  • Live commerce or social commerce service providers
  • Proven track record of closing and scaling partnerships with mid-to-large brands.
