The Customer Partnership Manager will use sales data, customer research, market data, and industry information to better meet the needs of our unique consumer, to optimize performance. You will develop, formulate, and execute strategies including assortment planning, shelving recommendations, floor planning, and best‑in‑class recommendations across 4Ps for the pet category.
A day in the life
- You are a subject matter expert with the pet category and up to date with industry trends.
- Actively develop relationships with retail partners at buyer level.
- Passionate about storytelling, evaluating market trends and customer behaviour.
- Drive strategic recommendations for customers through category review and analysis of 4P’s: Price, Presence, Placement, and Promotion.
