Responsibilities

The Customer Relations Specialist is responsible for resolving issues and recovering and retaining the most demanding customers across our global network (Americas, EMEA, and Asia Pacific).

This role will work closely with the dealer network, customers, and customer service colleagues.

  • Find, negotiate, and propose creative solutions to customers’ complex problems through discussions and written communications.
  • Identify and elevate customer dissatisfaction to improve operational processes.
  • Strike the right balance between business needs and customer needs by applying customer experience best practices.
  • Build relationships with other functions and departments within the company to mobilize the right resources at the right time and optimize issue resolution.
