What you’ll be doing:
Supporting customer through different channels (inbound calls and messages)Analysing and solving customer’s queriesSharing information on administrative and technical requests (products, invoices, etc.) Making changes to the system Forwarding faults or calls to other departments.Upselling and promoting products. Skills you need to succeed:
French at C1 level or above Customer oriented attitude Excellent organizational and communication skills Good knowledge of MS Office Willingness to work in shifts: 5 days a week, 40 hours (8am-10pm/12am, Monday-Sunday) What’s in it for you:
