Customer Service Executive
Advanced English.
Experience in the position in industrial manufacturing companies. 2 years minimum.
Activities:
- Respond to customer requirements.
- Generate production orders in the system, follow up of OC.
- Generate output orders for product delivery.
- Monitor the transfer and ensure effective delivery.
- Responsible for generating invoices.
- Attend to any mishaps that occur during the shipment of material related to transportation, documents and delivery to the customer.
- Attention to service level.
- Maintain delivery dates.
- Attend and visit customers.
- Monday - Friday.
