About the Role~ This fast-paced and challenging position requires quick thinking and dedication to serve clients effectively. The Payroll Associate is responsible for accurate processing and recording of client payrolls along with providing expert customer service.

Must demonstrate job stability with at least 1 year in the same role
Responsibilities~
Schedule and manage multiple client payrolls
Ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately, timely, and in compliance with regulations
Understand proper payroll taxation
Process wage garnishments, child support orders, and tax levies correctly
Complete quarter-end and year-end payroll reporting accurately and on time
Provide ad hoc reports to clients
Work with clients in various payroll environments handling time and attendance, payroll processing, and reporting
Resolve client questions related to payroll and payroll systems
