Provide 1st line technical support to end customers for all VTD products, ranging from basic to advanced content, while meeting KPIs for response time and qualityProvide basic and advanced software training and demonstrations, as part of both pre-sales and post-sales activitiesCreate technical content such as knowledge articles and presentationsEngage with the VTD online community of usersQualifications (Required):
