Customer Service Administrator – Delta/ Richmond

Express Employment Professionals, Delta/ Richmond, is hiring for an entry level Customer Service Administrator for our client company in the transportation industry located on Annacis Island of Delta, BC. This is an evaluation hire leading to long term with the right working attitude. New and hardworking immigrants with good communication (retail & fast food) and computer skills, and PR or at minimum of 2 years of Open Work Permit are very welcome!

Responsibilities

• Invoicing
• Computer data entry – especially in Excel
• Dealing with customers and drivers on phone

Requirements

• Customer service experience via phone and email
• Retail & fast food experience
• Good computer skills – MS Office fluency, especially MS Excel
