Job Description

The Role:

  • Mengendalikan pertanyaan pelanggan secara profesional dan cekap melalui telefon, e-mel atau sembang.
  • Menyediakan pelanggan dengan maklumat yang tepat tentang perkhidmatan perubatan dan perundingan.
  • Urus janji temu, janji temu susulan dan rekod pelanggan.
  • Merujuk isu-isu kompleks kepada jabatan yang berkaitan.
  • Mengekalkan tahap kepuasan pelanggan dan kualiti perkhidmatan yang tinggi.
  • Susun laporan ringkas tentang interaksi dan maklum balas pelanggan.
