Location: Lisbon (On-site)

Schedule:
Monday to Sunday – 08:00 to 23:00 (Rotational shifts)
Days Off: 2 rotational days
Salary & Benefits:

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years customer service experience OR

Experience in fraud investigation, abuse, or cybercrime environments

Strong analytical and documentation skills

Ability to gather information from different sources

Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
