A company specialized in manufacturing products that meet sanitation and cleaning needs for three key sectors—supermarkets, industry, and agri‑food—is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join its team in Anjou.
Administrative Tasks
- Handle customer requests received by phone, email, or fax, including pricing inquiries, documentation needs, and issue follow‑ups.
- Draft and prepare quotes for representatives (m/f), ensure their approval, and send them to customers.
- Maintain and update representatives’ (m/f) price lists.
- Provide administrative support to representatives (m/f), the administrative department, and company management.
- Rotate with other team members to answer incoming calls and ensure proper routing of communications.
- Forward any customer‑related issues to the appropriate departments, including complaints, billing errors, or delivery delays.
- Perform any other related duties as required.
