Overview
We’re looking for a bilingual Customer Service Representative to join the Claims Department in the Customer Service Centre. The role has a big impact on providing legendary customer service to both external and internal clients in a call centre environment.
Duties
- Be a subject matter expert on policies, products, services, and initiatives.
- Answer inbound calls, apply knowledge, and make on‑the‑spot decisions to move requests forward.
- Accurately document files to reflect conversations and actions taken on claims.
- Initiate difficult conversations with empathy and clarity regarding policy, insurance coverage, or operational challenges.
- Meet daily call centre metrics while handling a high volume of inbound calls.
