Customer Service Representative
As CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with internal and external customer requirements by meeting time and cost indicators.
Key Responsibilities
New Purchase Order lead and follow up through the supply chain.
Optimize and improve inventory levels.
Collaborate on the consolidation and improvement of freights.
Support the service structure on the logistics of samples, equipment, and panels, to customers or within PPG locations.
Supervise Demand Tool and coordinate with Service structure the accurate use of the tool to secure materials availability.
Validate the customer requirement forms and ensure sales and service structure fill the information accurately in the system.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Engineering is required.
MRP or ERP systems knowledge (SAP, ORACLE).
Validated supply chain experience.
Proficient English.
