  • Entering and maintaining booking information accurately in the operating system

  • Safeguarding data quality of transport orders

  • Coordinating orders and priorities with planning and operations

  • Proactively resolving service disruptions and customer issues

  • Informing customers about deliveries, delays, changes and extra costs

  • Handling incidents such as refused loads or damages

  • Managing invoice queries and minimising credit notes

  • Producing consignment statistics and KPIs
