Handling customers from multiple countries (via defined channels)
Processing, tracking and confirming customer orders
Monitoring and updating delivery dates
Creating customer accounts and monitoring incoming orders
Updating price and material data in the system
Managing express deliveries from warehouses
Monitoring open orders and backorders, informing customers about delays
Creating and handling tickets in MCCP (claims support)
Monitoring customer receivables
