Position Summary:
You will be working in a team of twelve other Customer Service Specialists / Administrators and one Customer Service Manager. You will also be working closely with other departments as Logistics, Technical Service, Quality and Finance
Responsibilities:
•Helpdesk for technical and general support and first point of contact for customers from various nationalities.
