Job Description

Start: 2nd February 

 Tasks: 

• Customer service (pre/after sales) for incoming calls 

• Handling inquiries via contact form, email, chat, and Facebook 

• Processing warranty claims • Resolving minor technical issues

 • Product comparisons, special offers, and product advice

 • Working with documentation and data management 

• Ensuring high-quality customer service and a positive brand image


Requirements:

 • Fluent Swiss (written and spoken, at least C1 level) 

• English skills at B2 level for communication within the team and during training 

• Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Office

 • Strong communication and organizational skills 

• Friendly and professional demeanor towards customers
