Key responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact for your customer portfolio.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.Handle customer queries with ownership and professionalism.Accurately process high volumes of orders in SAP.Coordinate product availability and delivery timelines.Validate pricing and support contract updates.Resolve complaints and implement corrective actions.Optimize logistics for efficient and cost-effective deliveries.Take full ownership of customer service quality.
About you:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.At least 5 years in a Customer Service role.Fluent in French and English (C1).Manufacturing industry or B2B experience strongly preferred.At least 5 years of SAP experience preferred.Sa...
