Responsibilities:
Manage the full order cycle including entry, validation, release of blocked orders, and application of commercial policies regarding discounts and pricing.Serve as the primary point of contact for dedicated retail and wholesale customers, resolving inquiries regarding prices, invoices, and complaints.Liaise with Logistics Service Providers (LSP) to monitor deliveries and ensure timely distribution of products.Oversee credit collection activities for assigned accounts, including monitoring payments and verifying compliance with payment plans.Contribute to Order to Cash (O2C) process optimization and integration efforts to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
High School Diploma / GED with equivalent level of experience or Bachelor’s DegreeA minimum of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, or a related field
