About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to lead a dynamic French-speaking team of around 20 employees in a fast-growing SSC/BPO environment. You will play a key role in team management, performance monitoring, quality assurance, KPI tracking, coaching, and employee development. You will collaborate closely with other Supervisors to ensure excellent customer service across multiple channels (phone, email, chat).
